Mr. Chavez and I recently completed a Real Estate deal together. We both made money. He brought me a buyer for a nice house in Forest Park, Georgia. We were able to Owner finance the house for a nice young first time buyer, who could not go to the bank a get a mortgage or a home. The buyer will have the house paid off in under 5 years. From start to finish the deal took less than a month. Everyone benefited from this Real Estate transaction.
